We are pleased to announce that through the dedication of our staff at PHH, the quality management system accreditation ISO 9001:2015 was achieved in September 2017.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management and focus on continual improvement.
According to the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), achieving the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation requires an organisation to:
- Demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements, and;
- Enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of a quality management system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements
